Context and approach

The convergence between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments has opened an attack surface that most industrial organizations were not prepared to manage. Networks that used to operate in isolation are now interconnected with corporate systems, the cloud, and external vendors — multiplying the entry points for threats that can shut down an entire plant.
